Why Engage Today? The Evangelical movement in the world has changed.  At one time, evangelism, church planting and discipleship were the mission focus primarily undertaken by churches in the West, but now they are the distinctive marks of the indigenous church in many pockets of the world.  The good news of Jesus Christ is bearing fruit as indigenous believers share their faith and live out their life before others in their own country.  Movements are gaining momentum as the Gospel takes root.  Engage Today (formerly Advancing Indigenous Missions) was birthed to come alongside indigenous pastors and church planting ministries as they reach out to  people groups that have not yet heard.  Our goal is to help equip the local church to carry out their biblical mandate.
