About Engineers Without Borders Quebec - ISFQ
Working for people, around the world.
Engineers Without Borders Quebec (ISFQ, Ingénieurs sans frontières Québec) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1994 by engineers wishing to contribute to the development of various communities around the world. The members of ISFQ are primarily active or retired engineers. In the preparation and the realization of its projects, ISFQ applies the principles of sustainable development as defined in 1987 by the United Nations. Sustainable development was presented as being "development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of the future generations to meet their own needs".
