Entraide Bénévole Métro (EBM) is a community organization providing physical and emotional support to seniors who are experiencing a temporary or permanent loss of autonomy and who live in downtown Montreal or Westmount.
Our mission is to include seniors in the community, increase their quality of life and help them remain independent, while continuing to live in their home. All of our services are free of charge and provided by trained volunteers. We proudly serve a clientele aged 60 and over.
EBM offers assistance with grocery shopping or other errands, income tax services, friendly calls, security calls, friendly visits, tech help and accompaniments to medical or other appointments. Additionally, we offer group or individual Music Therapy and Art Expression sessions.
