About This Charity

Proving Grounds is over for another year, but with your help Enviros can continue the important work we do!

Your generosity will support the operations of Enviros. This includes critical needs of client support, staff training and development and capital improvements for our multiple facilities. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of Alberta’s most vulnerable.

Who We Are

Enviros Wilderness School Association is a diverse not-for-profit social services agency. Since 1976, Enviros has offered innovative, family-oriented programming to Alberta’s most vulnerable children, youth, adults & families.

Why We Are Successful

Research shows contact with the outdoors and being part of respectful, safe environments reduces stress and anxiety, improves self-confidence and self-discipline and builds a stronger sense of belonging — all of which are essential to personal growth and emotional healing.

Why Support Enviros

Government funding provides for a fundamental level of care, but with support from the private sector and community donors, we can expand our services to help our communities further thrive and grow.
