The organization carries out several complementary initiatives: emergency food assistance, seasonal solidarity markets, a community grocery store, a thrift store, and the food truck (Épicamion), which allows it to reach out to organizations and residents where the needs are greatest.

The Epicentre is much more than a service location; it is an inclusive and engaged space where people can eat, connect with others, get involved, and strengthen collective food sovereignty.
