Eligibility Criteria

- Mother living alone with at least one child under 18;

- Mother living with her partner in an unstable relationship;

- Mother living with a partner who is not the father of her children;

- Mother who has lost or is at risk of losing custody of her children;

- Mother aged 20 or under, regardless of family situation.
