Support the Etobicoke Humane Society!
Our small shelter with the big heart is busier than ever and we need your support!
In the first half of 2019, more than 230 cats and almost 60 dogs have been adopted, which is a big increase over last year. We’re thrilled to be helping so many animals find forever homes, but these adoption numbers have come as an unexpected surprise. It’s meant that our budget is being stretched, as every time an animal gets adopted, we’re able to make room for another deserving pet, which comes with vet bills and food costs.
So, we’re aiming to raise $10,000, which will go directly towards the care and housing of our animals, such as vet visits, spay and neuters, and the purchasing of food.
As an independent, 100% volunteer-led organization, we operate entirely from donations and our own fundraising efforts, and that’s why your support is so important.
Please help us reach our goal and continue to rescue more cats and dogs in need of homes.
