We serve poor people in Vietnam and elsewhere. All volunteer, we donate our expenses, so 100% of your donation reaches the recipients.
We are volunteers who devote full and part time to serve poor people in Vietnam, Sri Lanka and India, focusing our service in the countryside which has been helped little in the past. Members of our group have a full experience and love to form a bridge connecting recipients and donors. We also donate the cost of our expenses so that 100% of your donation reaches the recipients.
We provide clean water systems, cataract eye surgery, clothing, school support, disaster relief, and other needed help.
You donation will go a long way. For example, a donation of CAD $80 can provide cataract surgery and restore someone's sight. The doctors give us a 75% discount and even this amount many people don't have. Without Eyes of Compassion, they would remain sightless.
In addition to helping the poor in Vietnam, we also support the work of Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village Buddhist monasteries, by funding projects at Thai Plum Village, as well as several monasteries in Vietnam.
