Our Mission
Fair Aid Society provides support to vulnerable and marginalized sick people in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) by funding projects which allow Congolese health care professionals to provide medical, emotional and social care to these people. Fair Aid Society is committed to working with competent, caring, generous and honest health care professionals in the DRC.
About FAIR AID SOCIETY SUPPORTING CONGOLESE HEALTH CARE
Fair Aid Society is working in north east Congo. We continue to rebuild medical clinics in the Nyankunde Health District. Currently, we are raising funds to rebuild our third medical clinic, in the village of Tekele. Tekele is located 30 km from Nyankunde and this clinic services a population of 11 122. We add solar panels, rain water collection and storage, a water source, a public latrine and basic medical equipment and furnishings to our clinics. The budget for this project is roughly $20000 USD.
