Feed The City is a registered charity committed to the goal of ensuring every resident in Ottawa has access to essential nutrition—even when mobility or transportation challenges prevent them from reaching their local food bank.

As the only centralized home delivery service in partnership with the Ottawa Food Bank, we provide “last-mile” emergency food deliveries to those who need it most. Our service supports a diverse group, including seniors, individuals with limited mobility, young and single parents, those recovering from surgery, and people managing sudden or chronic illnesses. A dedicated team of volunteer drivers collects food from local community food banks and delivers it directly to vulnerable community members’ homes. This can mean the difference between eating this week or not for some of Ottawa's most vulnerable, housed community members.

At Feed The City, we believe everyone has a fundamental right to eat. Our program fills a critical gap in the community—over half of our recipients depend on these deliveries as their sole source of food. Your generous donation enables us to continue and expand this vital service.
