Our Vision and Mission

At Fife House, we believe that everyone, including people living HIV/AIDs, has the right to quality, stable homes in a society, free of stigma.

As such, Fife House strives to provide secure and affordable supportive housing and support services to persons living with HIV/AIDS, and works to achieve social change through research and advocacy that addresses systemic oppression.

About Fife House

Fife House is an innovative, client-focused provider of secure and supportive affordable housing and support services to people, and their families, who are living with HIV/AIDS in the Greater Toronto Area. 

It is recognized as a leader in North America for its delivery of services to people living with HIV/AIDS - which are focused on enhancing quality of life, building on individual strengths and promoting independence. In 2020, Fife House was selected as the Toronto Star 2020 Readers' Choice Award - "Diamond Winner for Best Non-Profit/Foundation".

Time and again, research and studies demonstrate that access to secure and affordable housing is a key determinant for health and well-being. In 2019/2020, Fife House served more than 700 residents and clients through our supportive and transitional housing programs, as well as through our outreach program to persons who are experiencing housing insecurity or houseless-ness and living outdoors.
