Our Mission
The Foundation’s primary mission is to raise funds through various activities, administer those funds and prioritize them according to the needs of the more than one million people living in the territory served by Sherbrooke’s university hospital: the Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke.
The CHUS Foundation is a direct link between donors and the hospital centre. Each year the CHUS Foundation allocates substantial sums to medical research, new medical equipment, and training for medical staff.
The Foundation is also committed to promoting and supporting any internal initiative of a human or material nature that is helpful in providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to CHUS patients.
Supporting the CHUS Foundation’s work enables our community of more than one million to be in better health.
