Our mission is to raise funds to build and maintain a palliative care home that will welcome residents who require end of life care.
La Maison La Traversée is a palliative care home with the mission to offer free palliative care and quality support to Laurentian residents nearing their end of life. Thanks to a caring and attentive team of professionals, the residents will be able to live their last days peacefully, surrounded by their loved ones and in a reassuring and warm environment.
