Founded in 1932, Le Chaînon has made it its mission to welcome women in difficulty unconditionally and without judgment. We offer them safe accommodation as well as assistance and support tailored to their needs. At Le Chaînon, they carry out, with the help of experienced social workers, a process that promotes their return to autonomy and to personal and social empowerment.
Women receive professional support, in an environment that encourages the most egalitarian relationships possible. Le Chaînon also wishes to take a stand collectively and socially in order to denounce the inequalities, living conditions and different forms of violence experienced by women. Our goal is to promote the defense of women's rights - with women.
