The Fonds des Millepattes is a close-knit community that supports children and their families living with this reality. We offer listening, respite and a financial boost in the most difficult times. Like each of the legs of our iconic millepatte, the Fonds des Millepattes wants to spread this great chain of love for families across Quebec… and beyond!

Breaking Isolation

The Fonds des Millepattes provides «Millepattes children» and their families with support and counselling groups and parent-child activities to break down isolation. Depending on the identified needs, families may also have access to health professional care, respite, and rare disease resources and information through the collaboration of our partners.

Alleviating the distressA family with a sick child will lose an average of 40% of its annual income. These expenses will include, but are not limited to, medication, travel to hospitals, and lost wages due to repeated parental absences to accompany the child.The Fonds des Millepattes is present to support families in the most difficult times by covering the cost of professional care and medical devices to relieve the conditions associated with their illness.
