Build a sustainable community in Haiti

Food For The Poor is building communities in Haiti through the development of sustainable villages.

Children need a safe, protective environment and an opportunity to play and go to school. Adults need employment options. Families need safe homes, clean water and access to health care.

These innovative and multi-faceted projects are directed in conjunction with community leaders and families to create a community from the ground up – made up of houses, a community centre, health clinic, communal water supply, community market, school and income-generating projects.

Give today and help us build a community.

Food for the Poor Canada (FFPC) provides basic aid and sustainable development across Caribbean and Latin America with a focus on education, housing and health.  With your help we are building schools and training teachers. We are feeding the hungry, building homes and providing healthcare to the sick.

You are providing light for a family without electricity with this kit which includes three lamps.
