Foyer du monde is a temporary shelter (2 to 12 month) for single women, single-parent women and families in the asylum claim process. We currently welcome 25 residents from all over the world.
Based on mutual respect and mutual aid, Foyer du monde offers a living environment to asylum seekers in order to support them in their process of settlement and integration into Quebec society.
Responding to an essential need, Foyer du Monde project currently receives no government assistance. Thanks to the support of our generous donors and the many volunteers who offer their time and skills we are able to fulfill our mission. Foyer du Mondestarted has a mission of the Dominicans of Canada.
