Tis' the season for gift giving! As this holiday season arrives we all look back on our experiences over the past year with a newfound sense of priorities. We have each individually come to understand what is really important to us in our lives. Friends, family, health, joy and gratitude. Free Flow Dance Theatre has come to realize that now, more than ever is an important time for us to continue to share our love of dance and creativity with you. We hope that during the darkest days and the lightest hours you have been able to find some solace in the arts. It is our goal to bring joy to you and your family during a time when it is in short supply. 

This upcoming season we will bring more entertaining online programming to you with our free Community Workshop Program and Brain-Body Connection Workshop Series, featuring top Canadian instructors connecting us all virtually while bringing the fun of moving right into your home (and in-person when suitable in our studio!)  We will expand on our International Dance Week programming by creating opportunities for contemporary artists to collaborate with BIPOC cultural dancers. Original works will be featured on Livestream for everyone to enjoy.  We will continue to create original, outdoor, site-specific work in our community for live, intimate audiences, and through the use of technology share the work with the world digitally. We will also head back into the theatre to present relevant new work by top Canadian Choreographers.
