Whether you sought comfort in the arts during winter’s longest nights or found inspiration in its brightest days, we hope Free Flow has brought you moments of connection and delight. We’re excited to keep that momentum going with expanded programming in the months ahead. Our free Community Workshop Program and Brain-Body Connection Workshop Series will return with new classes led by some of Canada’s top instructors—both online and in person.

International Dance Week will once again bring dancers together in a hybrid format, encouraging collaboration between contemporary artists and BIPOC creators while opening doors for deeper artistic exchange.

We remain dedicated to producing original, relevant dance works for our community and beyond. To keep our events accessible, we continue to offer a tiered ticket system with free options, reducing financial barriers for all.
