Rosie was among the 15 original dogs rescued from the Yongin dog meat restaurant. She was visibly pregnant at the time, and gave birth to 5 beautiful puppies 2 weeks later. Due to her weakened state as a result of negligence and malnutrition, Rosie managed to naturally deliver only one of the puppies until she was too weak to carry on. An emergency C-section was performed, and 4 other babies came into the world shortly after. Unfortunately, only 3 survived. She was also spayed during the procedure.
Her treatments included diagnostic testing, x-rays, bloodwork, c-section and spay surgery, medication, and boarding.
