Mrs. Madina Iltireh is a Canadian citizen who dedicated her career to public service with the Government of Canada. She joined Global Affairs Canada in 2004 and built a strong record of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to serving her country.
In 2018, based on this record, Mrs. Iltireh was selected to serve as the Ambassador’s Assistant at the Embassy of Canada in Kuwait. What should have been a significant professional milestone instead became the beginning of a deeply distressing experience.
Beginning on August 4, 2018, Mrs. Iltireh was subjected to prolonged workplace mistreatment that she describes as racist, discriminatory, and inhumane. This experience continued for nearly three years and caused significant personal, professional, and emotional harm.
Mrs. Iltireh is now seeking justice, accountability, and dignity through appropriate legal and advocacy processes. This campaign exists to support her pursuit of justice and to help ensure her voice is heard.
