Our Mission

Camp Connections provides a tantalizing venue for youth and young leaders to grow spiritually, emotionally and physically. The summer camp experience has positively impacted the lives of all of the volunteers that now make it a reality for the generation that follows them. These people come together from a variety of backgrounds, and a variety of locations to be part of a team that weaves together everything that was greatest about their personal camp experiences. The result is an energetic week of activities, sports, challenges and discussions that are guaranteed to have you begging for more!

Camp is about the people. It's about sharing new experiences for the first time, tackling your fears in community and confidently showing each other that together we can do incredible things!

About FRIENDS OF CAMP CONNECTIONS

Camp Connections is a Christian youth camp that has been operating for over two decades. Our purpose is to foster strength of character through a well-supervised, co-educational environment for youth ages 12 to 18. This camp originated in the Laurentians as a camp that was committed to bilingual accessibility, high quality sports programming, and character and personal growth education for youth. Several years ago, the camp was moved to Lanark, Ontario, south-west of Ottawa, to better serve the youth of Ontario as well as Quebec and the north-eastern United States, who were choosing to attend. Camp Connections is open to youth, and has had youth attend, from many faith and cultural backgrounds, and has worked successful to integrate all campers into the program and into positive relationships of tolerance and acceptance toward all who might be present for any camp session.
