**Update**
So far we have spayed and neuter approximately 50 cats and kittens in our Community. We will continue offering spay and neuter clinics in 2023.
GDHS is helping low income people in our community care for their companions by financially assisting them to have their pet spayed or neutered.
Spay and neuter helps control the pet population and decreases the likelihood of health conditions related to leaving your pet intact, decreasing roaming, aggressiveness and inappropriate urination.
Our first spay and neuter clinic is scheduled for Autumn 2022.
