We are committed to creating harmonious and welcoming environments, unique and inspiring programs, providing relevant study materials and opportunities for practitioners of all levels. Our organization is firmly based on loving kindness and intrinsic awareness by sharing the teachings of the Buddha in the Drikung Kagyu Lineage. We receive guidance under the direction of H.E. Garchen Rinpoche and Venerable Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche.
MISSION
The Garchen Meditation Center is an organization devoted to preserving and facilitating causes of happiness and peace by sharing teachings of the Buddha. We provide regular retreats, meditation, public talks, teachings and study programs in Vancouver, BC and via social media platforms to support the discovery and flourishing of our happiness, compassion and wisdom.
