Gendun Drubpa Study Group is a Tibetan Buddhist study group located in central British Columbia, Canada.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming and contemplative environment where people can meet the Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha), study and deepen their understanding of the Buddhist path to enlightenment
The emphasis on understanding our own mind and motivation is becoming increasingly important in today's busy & often conflicted world. To encourage that understanding, we offer meditation and Buddhist philosophy which we believe holds the key to a kinder and more peaceful world.
Our group is run by volunteers, has no paid staff and is entirely financed through the generous donations of others.
We are affiliated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition.
