Our Story
Dedicated to paving inclusive pathways for children with disabilities since 1982
Kids Included (formerly GRIT) has been a leader in inclusive and equitable childcare practices for over 40 years. We work with families, early learning and childcare centres, and early childhood educators to ensure meaningful inclusion and participation is possible for all children.
As Canada's hub for inclusive early learning, Kids Included's professional knowledge is informed by research and industry best practices. We help families and early childhood educators build on their existing strengths and develop new confidence in their skills.
Inclusion is not one-size-fits-all, and we embrace the fact that it looks different for every family we serve. Kids Included programs enable children with disabilities and their families to set their own goals and live their fullest lives.
