Providing self-identifying women & gender nonconforming scholars (ages 12-17) with free STEM education and one-on-one mentorship.
Our program aims to increase diversity in the STEM workforce by pairing students in grades 7-12 with professional mentors from a variety of fields. Since our inception in 2018, we have enrolled over 500 mentors from a wide array of STEM disciplines including biomedical engineering, environmental sciences, healthcare, and technology. Our nationwide programming across 6 chapters has supported over 800 youth into post-secondary STEM education and has garnered the support of global organizations (Cognizant, Abbott Laboratories, L'Oréal) and academic institutions alike.
