To collect and distribute food products and other necessities of life for needy persons in areas as determined by the Board of Directors.
To support and encourage reform and social change that would eliminate the need for emergency food assistance.
To treat all persons involved with the operation of the Food Cupboard and all clients and fellow members with due respect and dignity regardless of gender, race, age, religion or sexual orientation.
About GLOUCESTER EMERGENCY FOOD CUPBOARD
The Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard is a community food bank that provides emergency food for residents of the postal code prefixes for K1J, K1C and parts of K1W and K1B.
The program usually provides a four-day supply of food once each month.
