The Golden Family Center provides affordable, confidential counselling and support services to individuals and families who live in Golden and the surrounding area – down the Columbia Valley to Harrogate, up the TransCanada to Donald and East to the town of Field.
We've come a long way since 1989. We now offer programs ranging from the original family counselling and addictions counselling programs in the late 80's, to substance abuse and addictions outreach, family and individual counselling, youth counselling, family support, child & youth support, infant development consultation, and abuse recovery. Our newest service is our weekly Wednesday Drop-in Counselling Clinic.
Golden Family Center services are available to everyone in the community without discrimination and regardless of the person’s financial circumstances.
