Our Mission:
The mission of the Golden Prairie Arts Council is to provide, on a non-profit basis, educational programs designed to foster and promote the development of arts and cultural activities in the area outlined as the Town of Carman and the Rural Municipalities of Dufferin, Grey, Roland and Thompson in the province of Manitoba.
