With your help, Good Foot Delivery is innovatively delivering social change.

Good Foot Support Services is a Toronto-based registered charity and social purpose organization that exists to address the systemic exclusion of autistic and neurodivergent young adults within the workforce. Since 2010, we have worked to break down barriers to employment by providing meaningful training and work opportunities.

Our programs are founded on a simple yet profound belief: with the right supports, autistic and neurodivergent individuals can thrive in the workforce and make meaningful contributions to their communities. 

Our Approach: Good Foot Delivery and Support Services enhances the long-term employability of neurodivergent individuals through individualized support, training, and work experience to build skills, independence, and confidence. The Good Foot Forward Employment & Training Program combines interactive learning, job shadowing, 1:1 coaching, and work placements. Our training program is offered free to participants.

Our social purpose program, Good Foot Delivery, operates as a reliable Toronto-based courier service partnering with 700+ local businesses to promote inclusion and model equitable employment.

At Good Foot, our wrap-around supports are the foundation of success. These include workshops, life and social skills development, mental health referrals, counselling, and nutritious food to address food insecurity.

According to EY Canada’s Neurodiversity Centres of Excellence, of the total 600,000 Canadians who identify as neurodivergent, 86% are unemployed or underemployed. Our program takes a multi-layered, community-informed approach to close this gap and foster long-term empowerment, employment and positive mental health outcomes.
