Venezuela Earthquake Emergency Relief
On June 24, 2026, back-to-back earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 struck Yaracuy, Venezuela, triggering a national state of emergency.
The scale of the disaster is staggering. Earthquakes have devastated major urban centers including LaGuaira, Caracas, Mirand and Carabobo. According to the latest reports, over 1,450 lives have been lost, 3,238 people are injured and more than 68,900 people are missing.
Over 12,000 displaced families are currently without access to secure shelter, clean water or basic sustenance and survival needs.
Our Good Neighbors Global network has launched a $1,000,000 USD Emergency Repsonse Operation specifically targeting 5,000 of the hardest-hit households (approximately 18,500 individuals). Field teams alongside local partners are mobilizing and acting, but we need immediate funding to scale up life-saving intervention.
