Affordable Housing for Seniors
Grace Court is a not-for-profit seniors residence in Downtown Brampton that opened in 1983. Our 65 apartments are affordable with a mix of market and subsidized rental units. The Region of Peel subsidizes the rent for 42 units.
We are proud of the fact that, to date, we have been able to maintain a comfortable standard of living for our residents. Unfortunately, rising costs of maintaining an affordable 40-year-old building have left us with little choice but to seek financial support from members of the community, such as you.
We cherish every donation we receive, large or small, and we direct those funds to key areas of need. Currently, our need is for help to cover the cost of capital expenses for our 40-year-old building, specifically the apartment balconies.
