Affordable Housing for Seniors
Grace Court is a not-for-profit seniors residence in Downtown Brampton, open since 1983. Our 65 apartments provide affordable living with a mix of market and subsidized units (42 subsidized by the Region of Peel).
We are proud to have offered a comfortable, dignified home for our residents for over 40 years. Rising costs and growing demand for affordable seniors housing in Peel Region have created the need for community support to sustain and expand our mission.
We value every donation, large or small, and direct funds transparently to areas of greatest need.
New Long-Term Vision: Grace Forever Home Fund In February 2026, our Board approved the Grace Forever Home Fund — a dedicated endowment to support future affordable seniors housing expansion in Peel Region. Donations to this fund will be invested prudently to grow over time and enable projects such as property acquisition, conversions, or new builds — creating secure homes for future vulnerable seniors.
All gifts to the Grace Forever Home Fund are restricted to this purpose and managed separately.
