We had so much fun  at the GOHOP Pancake Supper Fundraiser! We are deeply grateful for the time of community, celebration, worship and prayer that we enjoyed!

Many people volunteered in so many different ways. It was incredibly encouraging to see our community come together to make this event a reality. We enjoyed a fun meal, meaningful worship, an informative video and interviews highlighting GOHOP’s ministries, an entertaining live auction, and a time of prayer.

We will use these funds to strengthen our current ministries and explore new opportunities to help others grow in their prayer life. Specifically, we will …

• provide scholarships for our internships Form & Fire and PJaM: Prayer, Justice and Mission, GOHOP Retreats and other learning opportunities

• add to the Spiritual Direction Pay-it-forward Fund so that more people can benefit from this meaningful ministry

• strengthen our relationship with student groups at Mohawk College and McMaster University

• respond to increased expenses in our new space

We are excited about many new and creative opportunities to cultivate prayer, develop leaders and grow relationships in Hamilton!
