At Quest, we believe that everyone's health matters.

Quest CHC provides holistic primary healthcare and allied health services to individuals experiencing social, economic and cultural barriers; providing health care that address all aspects of a person’s health and well-being.

Emphasis is placed on the following populations: individuals without a healthcare provider who are also experiencing mental health, addictions or concurrent disorders, street-involved populations (homeless, under-housed, sex trade workers), isolated seniors, sexually and gender diverse populations (2SLGBTQ+), at-risk children, youth and families, individuals who frequent the Emergency Department for care/opioid-dependent (USAT), Seasonal Agricultural Worker Health Program (SAWHP).

Quest CHC believes a community cannot truly be healthy until the physical, social, and emotional needs of its citizens facing multiple barriers to care are addressed.  It has never been more important than now, to ensure those who are struggling, receive dignified quality healthcare.
