The Skills Centre is a not-for-profit strengthening rural and industrial communities in BC through workplace skills development, training services and social development programming. It promotes inclusivity, equity and diversity in the community and in the workplace.
The Skills Centre’s mandate is to provide workplace skills and development training services and social development programming to our community members, including the most vulnerable and isolated among us. Poverty reduction and skills training are paths to helping people contribute to their community and reach their full potential.
The Skills Centre currently works with people throughout the Kootenay region of BC. The main office is in Trail, BC.
