If you are going to hike or bike over the summer why not do it to support Hospice.  You let your friends, family, co-workers that you are supporting Hospice through your summer activities.  Get people to sponsor you or you can get a group together to raise money.  This is an important fund raiser.  We are hoping to surpass the $ 7,200 raised last year.

So phone the Hospice office or email info@trailhospice.org to register and then hop on your bike or lace up your sneakers.  You can set the number of kms you plan on doing over the summer.  Set your own pace, anytime, anywhere and then meet up on September 7 at the market on the Esplanade to do the final lap by walking or biking the bridges.
