Greens Point Light Association is a not-for-profit community foundation situated at Greens Point in L'Etete NB. GPLA was founded in 1996, and operates a marine and coastal interpretive center during the summer months. This museum features displays of local history, indiginous peoples history and pre-history, natural history of marine biota (mammals, birds, fish and invertebrate species), local geology fossils and mining, and marine industries including the fisheries and aquaculture. The site has magnificent views of the bay, and is  available for the public year round with an observation deck and picnic , and is a key destination for artists, photographers, birders, and marine mammal enthusiasts. Our revenue comes from renting our guest cottage https://www.cottagesincanada.com/25274, memberships and donations from our visitors in July and August when the museum is open. We rely on Canada Helps to receive donations online the rest of the year.
