***WHAT IS A COMMUNITY GARDEN***
A community garden is a plot of land gardened by a group of people. Community Gardens enriches lives by providing fellowship, communion with nature, education, fresh produce, work, reward, therapy and much more to its members and the community. Community gardens allow people from diverse backgrounds to work side-by-side on common goals and leads to healthier diets, reduction in stress and better physical fitness for participants, as well as providing environmental benefits such as pollinator habitat and sequestering carbon.
