Our goal is to develop services and activities to Help caregivers manage their daily lives and situation.
The South-West Caregivers’ Group seeks to help caregivers who :
- Offer support to an individual who suffers from an illness, a handicap or someone who has temporarily or permanently lost their autonomy
- Cares for an individual who is 50 years of age or older
- Supports a father, mother, brother sister, spouse, friend or their own child
- May or may not live with the individual being cared for
- Offers one hour of care or more per week to the person being cared for.
We offer listening, conferences, psycho-socil support, workshop, burn-out prevention, information center and session.
All services are bilingual, free and confidential!
