Our new build is located in a family-supporting neighborhood. It is within walking distance of multiple parks, schools, bus routes, and shopping. We believe that families with small children will find this build compelling.

This project is currently being planned as 14 homes configured as stacked townhouses, of which 13 will be three bedroom homes and a single one bedroom home; however, this could change as we try to get municipal approvals.

All this construction activity means the need to raise funds for our build program is greater than ever before. Your participation in this event will allow us to give over 10 families a hand-up into affordable homeownership.
