It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Gordon on February 25, 2026, in Bucerías, Mexico.

He had a natural ability to see potential where others might not. Long before house flipping became a trend, Gord spent years renovating homes throughout the Waterloo region — including two for his own family. Where others saw daunting projects, he saw possibility, and he took great pride in creating something beautiful and lasting.

Gord was also deeply generous with his time and opportunities. He believed in giving young people a chance, often hiring and mentoring them, trusting them with responsibility, and encouraging them to learn and grow.
