We're helping make masks for essential workers and people at risk. 50 masks were donated to Homes First, 50 masks to staff at a retirement home, 12 masks for teachers in Nunavut, 80 masks for senior residents at a Pickton retirement home, 50 masks for volunteers at a pet and human food bank, 100 masks to Holland Bloorview Kids Reb. Hospital and more to come. If you would like to support this effort you can make a donation to Hands Up Canada and we will purchase fabric and notions for this project. Any material that we can't use will be given to home sewists making masks for hospitals and front line workers and elderly people at risk.
