ABOUT THE HARBOUR LIGHTS CAMPAIGN

The Harbour Lights Campaign Inc. is a registered charity committed to fighting hunger in Southwestern New Brunswick. Thanks to your generosity, we’ve supported 16 local food banks for nearly three decades—and now we’re making an important change to make your donations go even further.

We’ve partnered with the Greater Saint John Community Foundation to create a dedicated Harbour Lights Fund, which will now serve as our primary platform for online donations. You can donate easily through the Community Foundation website or directly via our own site.

About Harbour Lights

Harbour Lights Campaign Inc. is a registered charity that raises funds annually to support food banks from Sussex to St. Stephen. Each winter, the funds collected during the previous year are distributed to these food banks. These contributions typically cover about one-third of their annual food purchasing budgets and arrive at the most critical time—when shelves are empty and demand is high.  Charity #: 86517 0435 RR0001

About the Community Foundation

The Community Foundation is a trustee of gifts from generous donors. All gifts are pooled with the Foundation’s assets and invested, with the earnings used to award grants. The Foundation supports local charities, students, and projects to ensure a sustainable future and to improve the quality of life in Greater Saint John.  Charity #: 11925 7756 RR0001

WAYS TO DONATE

• Online: Through the Harbour Lights Fund at the Greater Saint John Community Foundation or via Canada Helps.
• In Person: At events we post that we’ll be attending with our Harbour Lights donation elves. 
• E-transfer: Use the email  info@sjfoundation.ca  for e-transfer and then follow-up by sending a separate e-mail to the same address noting donor’s mailing address for income tax receipt and that the donation is to the Harbour Lights Fund.
