These workshops are culturally responsive and designed to equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to advocate for their health and dignity. We believe that everyone deserves dignity—and that menstrual equity is not a luxury, but a human right. Our programs aim to eliminate period poverty and shame by addressing the issue through the lens of access, sustainability, empowerment, and skill development—ensuring a holistic and lasting impact on both recipients and the environment. Our work has been recognized at both local and national levels. We are proud recipients of the Global Citizen Prize: Canada’s Hero Award (2020), the Community Impact Business Excellence Award (2024), and the Inspirational Award from the City of Brampton (2025)—honors that reflect our commitment to equity, education, and social change.
