Our Mission
Hesperus has set a new standard for affordable social housing for seniors, establishing a model community of independent apartments in a park-like setting. Hesperus' philosophy is to encourage personal growth and development by following a positive approach to aging.
About HESPERUS VILLAGE
Hesperus residents enjoy the comfort and convenience of an on-site medical clinic with three doctors providing a choice of conventional and holistic medicine. Hesperus residents may participate in a communal meal plan, visit an on-site farmers' market, and enjoy watercolour painting classes, physical activities, and a culturally rich community life. All Hesperus rents are affordable. Half are rent-geared-to-income.
