Our Mission...
To save homeless, injured, abused and surrendered animals (mostly but not limited to dogs and cats) and provide these animals with a temporary shelter, food, care, training and full medical care before they are re-homed into a loving and caring home. Provide classes to the public and teach how to treat these animals, how to care for them, spay and neuter program etc. Having our own APO (Animal Protection Officers) to aide in the protection of animal cruelty. Currently based in the Winnipeg, MB area, our mission is to also expand nationwide.
Approx. $200,000 is needed to construct a +6,442 sq. ft. facility with dog rooms, cat rooms, veterinary treatment room, training room and so much more.
About Our Charity...
HIARC (Homeless and Injured Animal Rescue of Canada Inc.) is a registered charitable organization founded in 2015 by a group of volunteers dedicated in the rescue, protection, sheltering, public awareness and veterinary care of homeless, injured, abused and surrendered animals (mostly but not limited to dogs and cats). HIARC is growing very rapidly with more than one hundred animals saved in its first year of operation and tripled by the third quarter of 2016 alone.
