At Honour the Work, we are dedicated to inspiring the next generation of builders, creators, and problem-solvers by bringing the world of skilled trades and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) careers into classrooms across Canada.

We create engaging, curricular hands-on STEAM Kits and lesson plans for students in Grades 1–6 to explore the exciting possibilities in the construction industry (with programs currently for Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario). We also highlight Canadian organizations that support career pathways in the skilled trades through our website and social media.

Honour the Work proudly partners with construction associations and school districts to:

• Provide STEAM-focused lesson plans, books, classroom materials, and access to guest speakers who bring real-world insight into skilled trades and construction careers.
• Deliver hands-on professional development for educators in collaboration with technical colleges, and connect teachers with industry professionals to enrich classroom learning.
