At Hope Blooms, our youth-driven programs and social enterprise help disrupt the poverty cycle through education, entrepreneurship,
mentoring and food security. In 2008, our urban agriculture program and youth mentorship program was founded to bring quality to our inner-city Halifax community. When youth embrace the opportunity to learn new skills and believe in themselves and their fellow community members, challenges can be overcome and hope can bloom.
